Terms of Service

Effective September 6, 2026 — WebYoungstown / Empire Tools ("we", "us")

These terms cover the Factorize site, the plugin downloads, license keys, and the Factorize-token allowance for AI features. The software itself is governed by the Factorize License; if the two conflict, the License wins for the software and these terms win for the service.

Downloads

Zips are provided for use under the Factorize License only: on sites you own or operate, not for redistribution. Copies obtained anywhere other than this site or directly from us are unlicensed.

License keys

A license key identifies one business and may be activated on the number of sites shown on the key (three by default). Keys are personal to the licensee: do not share, publish, or resell them. We may revoke a key that is shared, used on sites the licensee does not control, or used to circumvent the token allowance. Activation records the site's host name, the plugins present, and the activation time.

Factorize tokens

AI features (Factorize Vision) are metered in Factorize tokens: one token is one call to the vision model (a frame, tile, or pass). Every store receives 50 tokens per calendar month at no charge. Additional tokens are arranged directly with us (text or call 330-519-9231) and applied to your key. Usage is counted on the license server when a key is active and locally otherwise; unused tokens do not roll over; tokens have no cash value and are not transferable. Tampering with the counter is a breach of the Factorize License.

Your Ollama box

AI features run against a vision model on hardware you provide. We do not receive your videos, frames, or product data; tokens count calls, not content. You are responsible for that hardware and for reviewing every AI suggestion before it reaches your store.

Support

Free-tier support is best effort by text or phone. Licensed sites receive priority support and plugin updates through the Factorize site.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and the token allowance with notice on this site. We may suspend a key for breach. You may stop using the service at any time; the Factorize License's termination section then applies.

Liability

The limitation of liability and warranty disclaimer in the Factorize License apply to the service as well. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
