FACTORIZE
WooCommerce toolkit for liquidation, bin & open-box stores

Run a liquidation store like it has a merchandising team.

Eleven plugins that sort by real deals, run weekly auctions by themselves, switch product images by color and placement, reward members, sign customers in with one form, show the physical store, count what almost sold, watch eBay, and film a shelf into product listings — built on real stores and free to use on yours.

What changes on day one

Built for how a bin store actually sells

In stock first, deepest deal wins

Every sort demotes out-of-stock items and ranks by this week's sales, lifetime sales, and percent below retail. Customers stop scrolling past things they can't buy.

Auctions that relist themselves

One unit per cycle, failed cycles relist, ghost winners forfeit, Buy Now greys out once bidding passes it. Mondays are yours again.

Trust on every product page

Real percent-off badges, condition and pickup notes, checkout fine print, and a double-tap guard that fixed a real lost-sale bug.

Listings from a phone video

Film the shelf; get product rows with crops, names, prices, units, and a duplicate check against your catalog — on your own hardware.

Selling · Catalog + Auctions + Colorways

Sort like a merchandiser, sell like an auction house, show every color

Best-deals ranking from one precomputed integer per product, SKU search that lands on the exact item, sold-this-week badges, auto Featured picks, infinite scroll — weekly auctions with one-tap bidding, verified bidders, and honest "% below retail" links — and, for apparel, swatches and placement buttons whose pictures come from a file-name template instead of hand-assigned variation images.

Insights · Analytics + Watch + Vision

Know what almost sold, what the market pays, and what's on the shelf

Store Stats counts views and carts per product without a tracker; Watch pulls read-only eBay comps for your top products daily; Vision turns a slow pan across a shelf into reviewable product rows — 50 model calls a month included.

Customers · Perks + Portal

Keep the regulars coming back

A paid-member flag with a cart discount and a shipping credit, a product-page pitch that sells the upgrade, and a sign-in that asks for an email and figures out the rest — log in or create the account, no wrong-form dead ends.

Storefront · Essentials + Storefront + Theme + Setup

Look like the store you are — in one click

Badges, notes, and checkout guards; a photo band and a visit block with map and hours; a theme with 35 color tokens, dark or light; and Setup, which turns a blank WordPress into a complete demo store — plugins, theme, palette, products, auctions — from one screen.

How a token works

Measured by the call, so the estimate is exact before you start

Vision breaks a video into frame slots (one per 2.5 s, the sharpest of three candidates), optionally into tiles, and asks the model once per pass. Each ask is one token. The intake page tells you the count before you click Analyze.

2561 s video · Catalog · intensity 1 — 13–15 products in 8.5 min
75same video · intensity 3 — seven rows unanimous, all 98–100% catalog matches
9258 s bin-store walk · Count mode — 53 products / 165 units

The suite

Eleven plugins, one hub, each installs alone

Grouped the way the Factorize hub groups them. Every plugin works by itself; together they fill the hub's five tabs. Each card opens the configuration & tutorial page; each page has the zip.

Where it comes from

Extracted from a real store, tested like a product

Every plugin exists because Empire Tools — a 950-product liquidation store in Oakwood Village, Ohio — needed it. The store-wide behavior was extracted feature by feature, each into a plugin that stands alone, and the store keeps running on the result.

86 / 86zip install checks pass on a blank WordPress — install, activate, hub, storefront, uninstall
100%brand + type accuracy of the inventory duplicate matcher, 0 false flags on 490 cases

Questions

Straight answers

Is it really free?

Yes — every plugin that runs on your own server, the theme, and the Site Builder are free to use on sites you own, under the Factorize License. The only metered thing is the AI feature, and 50 tokens a month are included.

What exactly is a token?

One call to the vision model — one frame, tile, or pass of a shelf video. The estimate line shows the count before a run; the meter shows what's left; a run that hits the cap stops and keeps the rows it already found.

Can I use it on more than one store?

A license key activates on up to three sites; text or call for more. The free plugins run without a key; the key manages support, updates, and your token allowance.

Does anything leave my server?

License activation and the token count go to the Factorize license server. Watch calls eBay/Facebook with your own credentials, read-only. Vision sends frames only to the Ollama box you configure. Nothing else.

Can I redistribute or resell it?

No. The software is licensed, not sold, and the Factorize License does not permit redistribution, bundling, or offering it to third parties. Ask about partnerships instead.

What do I need to run the AI?

An Ollama server on your network with a GPU that has 16 GB of memory for the 7B vision model; the plugin can pull a lighter model if you have none. On CPU it still works, three times slower.

Ready when you are

Download the plugins, build a store with Setup, or have us build it — text or call 330-519-9231.
