The Factorize site sets no analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the font files. Downloads are served directly from this site.

License keys

When a store activates a license key, the license server stores: the key, the licensee's name and email as we entered them when issuing the key, the activating site's host name, the list of Factorize plugins present, the activation time, and a per-month count of AI-token calls. Nothing else is sent: no product data, no orders, no customers, no images, no video.

The plugins on your store

The Factorize plugins run entirely on your WordPress. They do not phone home except for the license activation and token count described above, and the read-only market watcher's requests to eBay and Facebook using your own credentials. Factorize Vision sends video frames only from your browser to your own WordPress and from there to the Ollama server you configure. Factorize Analytics stores aggregate counters only.

Your rights

Ask us to see, correct, or delete the license record we hold about you, or to deactivate a site, by texting or calling 330-519-9231. Deleting a license record ends the license.

We will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
