Prices are per site, per month. Paid plans are not paid for online: tell us which plan you want and we set it up with you directly. Need more tokens in a month? Top-up packs never expire (they are paid with Stripe). Unused monthly tokens do not roll over.
Payments are not set up yet. Token packs cannot be bought online right now. Use the Support form or text or call 330-519-9231 and we add the tokens for you.
What a token buys
1,000 tokens = $1 of AI. Free tools cost no tokens. Every other AI tool uses tokens, a little at a time: a short text is a fraction of one, so tokens last a long time. If a call needs less than we first set aside, the difference goes back to you.
Below is what typical calls use, for 100 calls at a time. Treat the numbers as "about"; the real use depends on how long the text is.

Good to know
- Non-AI modules never need a key and never contact us.
- One license covers one site. Staging and test copies of your store do not use it. Moving to a new address? Move the license yourself in My account.
- Updates arrive in the Factorize dashboard. Every download lists its checksum.
- A person answers support email, usually within 24 hours.
