Sold items keep their page and their rankings. Plus 301 redirects made when an address changes, and a 404 log that survives bots.

== Description ==

A one-off used item sells, and its page usually disappears, taking its links and its place in Google with it. Factorize Sold Items keeps the page: a clear Sold banner, the price marked as sold, no buy button, and a grid of similar items that are in stock.

= What you get =

* **A sold page.** Banner, "Sold for" price, no buy button, "Similar items in stock" (4 to 8, same category, same brand first, a close price; worked out once and kept).
* **Google is told.** Factorize Schema says SoldOut. Sold items leave the product feeds (Marketplace Hub) and the shop lists. The address keeps working.
* **After a long time** (90 days with no visits from search engines or other sites, both settings): keep the page with noindex, or send it to its category with a 301. A product that existed is never a 404.
* **Redirects.** Add, edit, test and delete them; import and export a CSV. A rule that would loop is refused. They run only on addresses that are already a 404.
* **Automatic redirects** when a product, page, post or category slug changes, and when a product is removed (to its category).
* **A 404 log** with the address, how often, the last visit and the referring site, plus a suggested new address and one click to redirect. Built for bot floods: scanners are ignored, a limited number of addresses are written a minute, the table has a cap and is trimmed daily. No IP addresses, no personal data.
* **It steps aside** when Redirection, Yoast SEO Premium, Rank Math or SEOPress is doing redirects.
* A card on the Factorize dashboard, Help tab and a setup guide.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Does a sold item stay in my shop? =
Its page stays. By default it leaves the shop and category lists and the product feeds. Each is a setting.

= Why does my redirect do nothing? =
Redirects run only when the old address is not a page. If a page still lives there, remove or rename it first.

= Is the 404 log safe on a site that bots visit all day? =
Yes. Scanner requests cost nothing, at most 60 addresses are written a minute (a setting), the table stops at 2,000 addresses, and addresses unseen for 60 days are deleted.

= Does it need a license or Factorize Core? =
No. It works on its own.

= What happens when I delete the plugin? =
Its settings, the 404 log and the small marks on sold products are removed. Your redirect rules stay unless you ask for them to be deleted.
